The project concerned the renovation of the 3rd floor of the building at 112, Vas. Sofias Avenue, in the center Athens. The works include limited metal structures, the main fit out and the installation of MEP equipment. The project is located in a densely populated area and the building is partially in operation. One of the challenges of the project was that part of the building hosts a large department store that is in full operation while there are other spaces under construction. In addition to that, the building is located in a central area with daily traffic. So, the appropriate management and the coordination with the building manager was crucial for the completion of the project. Another challenge was that there are specific works of the fit-out that have been executed by the Landlord, which imposed an excellent cooperation with him. Last challenge was the pluralism of the materials included in the architectural design.
