Based on the substantial experience of CORE in the construction of retail, office and building projects, and the proven core competences of its principal engineers, the Facility Management department was established in 2012, aiming at providing our clientele with effective and efficient FM contracts.

Primary objective of CORE FM is the delivery of added value services that secure the daily operation of our clients at the minimum possible cost, by employing specialized and competent technicians for the unique specifications of each assignment.

At the same time, special attention is given to the adoption of adequate reporting schemes for every maintenance or repair that is carried out, so as to facilitate the audit of ongoing FM contracts and provide meaningful technical records for each asset.
